Do you know how to get unstuck?

Most people think the answer is more information. Another book, another podcast, another course.

It feels safe. It feels productive. But that’s the trap — it keeps you exactly where you are: stuck, as more information without action keeps you stuck.


It’s like trying to learn to ride a bike by reading about balance. You can’t. You only learn by wobbling, falling, and pedaling again. By doing. By movement. By that first little step.


The truth is: you don’t need more information.

You need to act on the information you already have.

Clarity and momentum don’t come before action. They come because of action.


So how do you get unstuck?

  1. Awareness — seeing what’s really going on. Sometimes it’s a limiting belief, a pattern, or simply the fear of failing.

  2. Choice — deciding to try something different, even if it feels uncomfortable.

  3. Action — taking that small, imperfect step forward.


Awareness → Choice → Action.

That’s how growth works.That’s how business works.


It’s like turning on the light in a dark room. The furniture hasn’t moved — but now you see it.

And because you see differently, you walk differently. You stop bumping into the same obstacles over and over again..


Being stuck isn’t about not knowing enough. It’s about not moving, about becoming.✨


So if you’re feeling stuck right now, ask yourself:

  • What am I avoiding because I’m afraid to “fall”?

  • What small, imperfect action can I take today?


Because clarity and confidence don’t come before you act.

They come because you act.

Often, we’re not stuck because we don’t know what to do — we’re stuck because we don’t practice what we already know.


This month, try reflecting on:

  • What I keep saying I “know” is ________________

  • What I actually do instead is ________________

  • The gap this creates is ________________

  • What it would look like to practice what I know is ________________

  • One simple way I can start is ________________


The reason this exercise matters: it bridges the gap between knowing and doing. Awareness → Choice → Action starts here.
