Hi, my name is Alba Pregja.
I’m a business strategist, mentor, community builder, and founder of WOMADE and We Rise. I help people get clear—on their vision, their values, and the path that actually feels aligned.
After a decade working across strategy, design thinking, and entrepreneurship, I’ve seen this truth again and again:

My work blends sharp thinking with deep listening. Feminist in essence, rooted in real-world experience, and always holding space for both ambition and care.
